Animal Sets - is an interface to search your herd for specific animals to group into sets and folders. Many of the menu options display the animal sets/folders drop down lists to use as criteria to view specific searches/reports/submit list, etc. Search a herd by birth date and sex or active dams or progeny or enter tattoo/tags or registration numbers to create a set of animals. Also, import a list of animals from a file of registration numbers.

Custom Animal Report - creates a custom report from data the user selects with over 100 options. Enter a birth date range, or if one is not entered then the last 2 years of registered and commercial animals will display in the results. A limit of 1000 animals can be returned for display or 5000 animals for excel. Try changing birth date range, choosing animal sex, and/or excluding some or all owners to limit the number of animals returned.

Data Sheet - Create a printable data sheet from animal sets. Able to add ID numbers, comments and a title thru the interface. Select from 5 differents formats and 5 sort options.

Recently Registered Potential Carrier Report(AM/NH/CA/DD/M1/D2) - Search recently registered potential carrier animals. In the results click on the Potential Carrier link in the Status column to display carrier pedigree information. * The information in the Status columns of this report is based on test results received to date. Status could change as additional test results are received.

Inbreeding and Relationship Coefficients - Inbreeding Coefficient - Inbreeding is the mating of individuals that are more closely related than the average of the breed. The coefficient of inbreeding can be calculated for any registered animal.
Projected Inbreeding Coefficient - A projected coefficient of inbreeding can be calculated to determine if any potential inbreeding exists for a designed mating of a sire or dam.
Relationship Coefficient - Animals in the Angus breed vary as to how highly related they are to each other. A relationship coefficient indicates the percentage of genes that two animal have in common.

Potential Carrier Management Tool - Assist in choosing which animals in your herd need tests for Genetic Conditions. This tool is to be used to help determine which animals can be tested for a specific condition that could impact multiple generations of animals. This option will display potential carriers for the chosen genetic condition if they have owned progeny (registered) that is also a potential carrier. Animals with only unregistered or inactive/cancelled progeny will not be displayed in the results. If animals in the criteria have been tested or have no carrier ancestors for the chosen genetic condition, they will not be displayed in the results.

DNA Testing & Results
Order: Genomic Tests, Testing for AM/NH/CA/DD/M1/D2, Parentage Testing and DNA Card Order Form Info - on the DNA Testing/Results tab menu there are options for: Order DNA cards, collect blood samples, submit animals thru electronic calving book or AHIR, order the Genomic Test, mail samples to AGI and view the test results thru the Genomic Test menu option.

DNA Testing & Results
View Results - with four specific searches to find your results for: Genomic Tests Results, Results for AM/NH/CA/DD/M1/D2, Parentage Results(AGI) and Parentage Cases/Results (MMI).

AAA DNA Sample Inventory - Search your DNA sample inventory by birth date, tattoo, animal set or registration number. Results display location, location status and in date, besides general info for each animal.
